Sage burning or "smudge" is an ancient ritual of spiritual purification used for a long time by indigenous peoples to purify the air, eliminate negative energy and promote mindfulness.
Wrapped in wild rose, the sticks are composed of dried sage, cedar and juniper, with aromatic notes of lavender and rose petals. Each package is made in the wild in the Nicola Valley of southern British Columbia.
