Table Shiatsu: Also performed over clothing, this type of massage is performed on a massage table. It offers a more accessible and convenient alternative for some, while maintaining the same therapeutic benefits of traditional shiatsu.

Oil Shiatsu: This massage is performed on the skin, using oils to improve fluidity of movement and nourish the skin. Performed on a massage table, it is ideal for those seeking deep relaxation.
